Bought it for my Kahr CM9. Fits great. Have a friend with the CM9 with the crimson trace laser and it fits that very well too. Spare mag holder isn't as custom as the picture implies - its basically a wrap of elastic material. It does work well - no slippage issues, but not a custom fit. Holster is very comfortable. You'll forget you're wearing it almost immediately. It does ride a bit low on the belt, not unmamageable to draw, but low and inside on the waistband. The grip extension on the Kahr seems to help. The only drawback I have regarding the holster is that with it riding low. If you have a vehicle with tight, wrap around seats, it will jam the uncovered barrel of the holster into your side. This is more of an issue with the seat of the vehicle than the holster, just sharing my experience. Outside of that, very comfortable to wear all day.

Overall a suitable holster for a small auto with a laser sight. It's a bit cumbersome to draw the pistol, but practice will overcome this minor issue. Good value for the price.
