Pros:  Soft Liner, Secure Thumbreak, Quality Velcro & Elastic
Cons:  None can be avoided with an ankle holster.
Would recommend:  yes

I purchased this holster over a month ago. It fit my Kahr P380 perfectly. Nice thumb break, soft synthetic wool liner and nice surdy velcro. My recommendation is to take a sharp scissor and slightly round the edges, making sure not to knick the stitching. Once I did this, the holster had no edges that would bother me after 8 hrs of wear, even with a low ankle sock.

Pros:  Fits gun well and fits ankle fairly comfortably.
Cons:  Nylon elastic material can get uncomfortable after wearing all day every day
