Don't but this item. I have welts and blisters on my ankle after wearing this holster, even for a couple of hours. Also it starts getting uncomfortable after a short while. Very poor design when it comes to comfort. I have never had a problem with any of my Galco ankle holsters and they are used with heavier pistols.

I purchased this ankle holster for my S&P Bodyguard 380, and it works great. It's easy to put on and take off, and feels very secure. The rig is very well padded, which leads to only one drawback in that it can get fairly warm around ones ankle if they walk for any distance while wearing it. Perhaps in the future they might be able to use a more breathable or "airwick" material, but I'd still recommend this item. (Note: I bought the ankle holster in combination with the DeSantis Ankle Holster Support Strap C14ZZ01Z0, and I have yet to wear the holster without the additional strap)
