This is my first shoulder holster, so I'm not in a position to say how it compares to others. First, you should know it's very difficult to conceal a full-size pistol with any shoulder holster. Fortunately, that's not what I bought it for. I use it for carrying openly in my own home, where I'm typically sitting down. For that application, I find it much more comfortable than a belt holster. It opens up the option of wearing sweatpants and skipping the belt altogether. I'm a pretty big guy (50" chest), and this rig still has plenty of room to spare. Whatever size you are, it will take some trial-and-error to get it adjusted to your liking. They may have gone slightly overboard with the wideness of the straps (my only objection is aesthetic), but it really does help spread the weight and keep them from digging into your shoulders. Overall though, I think the holster has very good looks. It's beautifully molded to the gun. Finally, realize that just about any left-handed shoulder holster specifically molded for a Beretta PX4 is not going to be a stocked item. Start to finish, it took about 6 weeks. Overall, a satisfactory purchase and I do recommend it to any PX4 owners wanting to give shoulder carry a try, so long as they are realistic about the limitations of this mode of carry.
Pros: Very comfortable for around-the-house carry, fits gun perfectly, looks nice
Cons: Not the best choice for concealment, takes a long time for DeSantis to make and ship...
