Pros:  Concealability, while offering the security of a level 2 retention
Cons:  Belt slots a little tight when used in conjuction with a thick gun belt

I first bought a Serpa and realized it was not only not very concealable, but the Serpa lock on the front could be bypassed easily in a gun grab situation. The thumb release, with the kydex piece as a guard on the Facilitator would be much much harder for someone to bypass and snatch the weapon. I like to carry and train with the same gear off or on duty, and the Facilitator meets the holster requirements for my job. This holster is night and day better than a Serpa, as I have owned both and am not just a internet commando bashing the Serpa. I had high hopes for it, but in the end, I'm much happier with the Facilitator across the board.
