I picked this up on the recommendation of a friend for my M&P45. It was easy to configure with the 3 slots, it fit me perfectly for location and semi-concealability, conform well to my body, holds the pistol at the perfect draw angle for me and looks really sharp. I didn't need to adjust the tension on mine as it worked perfect straight out of the box but I did the included procedure anyway just to make sure. The price was perfect and I am very pleased with the product and will recommend it to friends.
