Pros:  Hands free, Comfortable, Carries heavy loads well
Cons:  Heavy in the smaller mode and bulky.
Would recommend:  yes

While I love the concept and will use it again for a day pack I would go with something lighter that has a rifle carrier. I would recommend this pack if weight was not an issue.
