Pros: Easy to install. Clear sight picture. Can clearly see red dot in bright light and darkness.
Cons: Adjustment and on/off buttons hard to reach with my flip up BUS so close.
Would recommend: yes

Overall would recommend this to friends. I was between this and Aimpoint and believe I made a good decision. Opticsplanet got it to me quickly and helped out through emails to get it to me in time for an EOtech rebate deadline.

Same EOTech performance, less bulky. Definitely prefer over older version for this reason, and perhaps a steadier battery interface too.

I really love this site. I was more used to AimPoint's products before, but I got tired of messing with the "fireball" effect of their dots. Plus, most of them are 4 MOA. Though I liked the crisper, smaller MOA dot on the EoTech products, the older EoTechs were too long and bulky. Now, with the transverse battery, they are MUCH more compact and easy to deal with. It holds true shot after shot and I know the sight will last a long time. I just wish the controls were on the side instead of the front. And I know it's the non-nvg model, but I hate knowing there's an option available, and knowing my equipment doesn't have that option. so is life when you're cheap.

Cons: Not available in Flat Dark Earth colors yet.

I've shot aimpoints and these sights are in my opinion just as accurate and reliable for significantly less money providing a better value. The battery life is what most people complain about. Why? For $300-400 dollars less than a an aimpoint, buy yourself a couple of spare 123s. One will last 1-2 years of weekend shooting. I absolutely love this product--it's the best optic I've shot in my 15 years of USAF service. Deadly inside 100 yards and respectable beyond that. Comes with the plastic case custom fit to the optic. Opticsplanet was the best price out there after two days of internet shopping and the manufacturer was giving a $50 rebate until January. Dealers were telling me I got an excellent deal. Do youself a favor and get it....

I love this sight, not only for the ease of target acquisition in CQB type situations, but also because the 1 MOA dot allows me to form a more precise sight picture on smaller or more distant targets.

i'm an average shooter and use this sight on my rifle in competition. it's extremely fast on target and you know your hits are going to be good with the single red dot. the sight is small enough to not be in the way, yet large enough that you don't have to search for it when you need it, and it's very lightweight. i recommend this to anyone and i'm sure they will be very happy with it.

I really like the XPS2-2. Found that it makes small groups easy with the fine dots. The glass is "invisible" on my unit. Shutting it down requires pushing both buttons at once and is a little difficult. But quality and rugged.

Purchased for my new FN PS90 TR. Comes in nice hard box and was easy to install. Zeroing it was kinda a problem, carefully read the instructions, the knobs move the point of impact rather then the reticule, ie opposite. Once you get it zeroed it's awesome, light weight and small size
