NO BETTER shooting/combat/NVG and with ability for prescription inserts

by Champion Hill Johnny, from United States, MS Written on September 2, 2014
Absolutely BLOWS all other shooting/helmet-slung goggles for especially their night-vision design and use. Whether using traditional NVG's form hand-helds to scopes on rifles, to using your thermals, they are excellent for clear viewing, and the ease at which you can get them off your helmet's brim to your face. And the cover is perfect!...

These goggles fit my head really well and I fell very comfortable both around my eyes and around my head. The antifog coating works great and that is the main feature of these goggles to me.
Pros: well made, high quality

One of the best

by Legacy Reviewer, from United States, WA Written on April 7, 2012
Used these goggles on ops, fantastic for vehicle mounted operations. Good peripheral vision an all round protection. Can cop frag an come out scratch free. Works well with nvg, wouldn't make a habit of it though due to eye relief an fatigue. invest the money, it's worth the peace of mind.
Pros: Fits perfectly with Aust Army CVC helmet. No headaches in relation to I'll fitment
Cons: Wish Australian companies had these prices...

ESS Goggles

I am an operator on a SWAT team in Tulsa Oklahoma. I have had a chance to use these goggles and I wish I would have purchased them the first time around. They fit really good around your eyes and they are also very comfortable.

These goggles come with a cover which for me is very helpful since they set on my helmet in the trunk when not in use.

I have used several different types of goggles. Some have broken, others are to big and most of them fog up real bad when you get moving. Protecting your eyes is a plus and being able to see out of the goggles while under stress is an added bonus.

These goggles fit real good with military style helmets. They are not in the way on top and they fit real good when you put them on with your helmet in place. No open areas around the eyes or improper/ unnatural fit.

I highly recommend them.
Pros: No Fogging, fits with military style helmet and lens cover. ...

ESS NVG

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner from United States, AL Written on March 8, 2011
Excellent goggles. However, the anti fog doesn't last long before it needs a new coat. I had to tear the foam around the vents off to allow circulation. Too much fogging going on.
Pros: Quality build, great protection specs
Cons: Fogs too easy, have to remove black foam to prevent and apply new coat of anti fog...

Great quality at an affordable price

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner Written on November 18, 2010
This lower profile goggles comes with the lenses you will need when out in the field and you won't have to cut a pair of socks since it also comes with a thick sleeve to protect them from scratches when not in use. This line is great when you know you're going to be putting them through the ringer and you don't have to worry about beating up a $100+ pair. Anti-fog coating works great and when you're wearing your kevlar they wont be pushing up against it. Also a great choice for when you throw down you NVGs; sits on the lenses just right so you don't have to remove the goggles to utilize night vision (pvs-14).
Pros: Sleek and a lower profile than standard goggles...
