Pros:  Top notch night vision and dirt cheap (for thermal)
Cons:  Required a little custom fabrication to mount camera

Everything was very well protected in its packing as expected. I was afraid the camera unit would be fragile but upon inspection I was surprised at how robust it felt. It felt like a brick. Installation is about as easy or difficult as you want it to be. I opted to make a dash cutout for the monitor and fiberglass it to give it a stock appearance, however the included hardware would have easily worked. Different strokes for different folks. For my particular vehicle I had to weld a bracket behind my grill to mount the camera. I probably went a little overboard on the install but it's a $3300 night vision camera.
