For use with the FNX pistol, back the tension screw out several turns. The holster will easily release the pistol if you grasp the grip and pull upwards. If you need added leverage, just push downward on the holster with your thumb while pulling the pistol's grip up. This model fits the FNX securely and is quite comfortable to wear.
