It still is - the Evolution series hasn't fixed the problem. It would be unlikely to survive a lot of crawling, rolling, and general tussling. In other words, a good general, cost-effective holster for the average citizen who wants a holster for OWB CCW, not so good for the professional LEO or MIL.
