The scale description is misleading with regard to resolution. The scale weighs natively in units of 0.01 grams. It then converts this weight by using its own internal calculator, into the units you've selected. In grains, this means everything you weigh is a multiple of 0.154 grains. This scale won't be able to tell the difference between 4.1 and 4.2 grains of powder. If that's the kind of precision you need for weighing small weights, then this scale is not suitable.
Otherwise, the scale does work quite well and is very useful for many weighing tasks. A calibration weight is included with the scale. Calibration takes one button press and about 5 seconds to complete. Very nice!
Pros: cheap, portable, convenient, can do g, oz, grains, etc
Cons: auto turnoff might be too quick, resolution is limited to 0.01 GRAM not grain...
