The quality of this holster is great, it is very comfortable, and it secures the weapon as it should, however, as a left handed shooter there are very few options for the Springfield XDM pistols, or at least there were fewer at the time I purchased it. The only gripe I have is that the pistol hangs too far off to the side of the body making it very difficult to use as a concealment holster. I use a very good quality gun belt as well. What I have done to correct this issue is to weave the belt over the front of the holster which keeps the gun close to the body and can be easily concealed with even a T-shirt. This does not affect the performance of the holster either. The gun draws and holsters perfectly using this configuration.
