Pros:  Gives good light for blood detection but...
Cons:  Hinge is too loose, requires gum or tape to keep in position or handheld.
Would recommend:  yes

Because the hinge is so loose you eiteher have to hold in hand or use tape or gum to keep it in position or else it shines straight out or straight down, no in-between. Useless as a hands free headlamp.
