Pros:  Biometric feature, large storage capacity, easy set up
Cons:  Attaching the security cable caused headaches galore

Upon taking it out of the box set up was easy. Duracell battery is needed to ensure that it opens everytime. Attaching the security cable looked easy enough..... boy was I WRONG. After about 15 minutes of using a nail punch and hammer I was finally able to get the metal hole seperated from the safe. Good outside metal construction. After securing the cable and turning the safe up from its side I discovered that the plastic cover that goes over the fingerprint reader had come unglued and was sitting on the floor now. I immediately called Gunsafe to find out what to do and they had never heard of this happening. They sent a new safe as a replacement and the refurbished one only opened when it wanted to. That was sent back POS. A little bit of elmers glue and the old one works GREAT.

Pros:  it's small and steardy has a built in light. Customer servise was easy to deal with to replace it. They say it might be defective.
Cons:  customer service said it will take 5 week for the replacement, now I have money and guns in a safe that won't stay shut.has a flimsy shelf.the safe never reads my finger print eventhough I put my finger every which way I could. After I get it open with the key it won't lock up. A simple tap on the side and it's open. Also it's so loud, no way to turn the finger print noise off.

safe has a great concept. If it worked. If someone broke in my house they'd hear a loud beep beep followed by the safe taking 5 seconds to not read my finger print followed by beep beep from me keep pressing it hoping it'll open.
