I liked the idea of having a biometrics safe, however this one is obviously flawed. I tried programing and reprogramming it and it just doesn't operate reliably. I could get it to open 10 times in a row and then not open the next 5 times.

I lost the user manual and went on gunvaults website to download the manual and the instruction didn't either clearly explain how to set up multiple users or the directions were out dated, just a bit annoying. I don't know why it slopes down in the back taking away extra space that might have been nice to have.

Probably 10% of the time it will not open on the first (or second, etc.) time. So I would never leave it locked at night hoping to be able to get the gun out the first time when I really need it. Save money and just buy the one that works with the key.
