Cons:  The directions never mentioned the need for a 9volt battery, or wherits located to install...had to "figure it out."

I was able to mount the safe so the top and side could be secured to hard surfaces which allowed for a very secure mounting. It was relatively easy to set up, but it did take a couple of tries at first to get the hang of enrolling fingers. But once I mastered it, it was very easy. The reader works well and 90% of the time it opens on the first read and always opens on the 2nd. Try not to press too hard with your finger on the reader for best results. Overall a great product that meets my needs for secure quick access to my wepon.
