I put one of these on my Benelli Super Black Eagle II and it's a huge improvement over the stock fiber optic bead that comes on the gun. Installation is easy and it comes with several screws of different sizes to match the front sight bead hole of your gun. It also comes with 6 pipettes (2 green, 2 red, and 2 white. 1 triangle and 1 round each) and a little tube to carry the spares. I keep the tube in a little pouch with my spare chokes. Swapping them is easy. I'd recommend one for anyone who has a shotgun.
