The chair was packed in a nice cardboard box carrying case/ storage box inside a well packed cardboard box. Directions for use were easy to follow and the controls are easy to follow too. I just about fall asleep when I sit in the massage chair to relax one or two times a day for the fifteen minute timed cycle. The heating features de-stresses me too. Construction and covering on the chair are well done. Very portable with a long cord too. I'm glad I placed the order. My back feels better too. Only wish for a choice in color. Would have chosen brown instead of basic black.
