Pros:  Very easy to install and active. Love that it comes in the earth color as well. EOTech makes a good product. I have an EOTech Holographic that I like a great deal as well.
Cons:  The only thing I would recommend is trying to come up with a smaller design (easier said than done). Still a great product.
