Pros:  lightweight, scratch resistence
Cons:  clarity not as good as glass

I haven't dont any l/r comparisons, but clarity is about on par w poly, not as good as glass of course.

I have a small head and these fit well. Large eyepieces are nice for cycling and give a large view and block the wind etc. Very light and have been durable for me in the last two years. The lenses change gradually so you don't notice any big changes. Good value. I imagine they are good for running or any outside sports. The antifog really does work.
