The eyepiece was stiff when I recieved it and it needed a drop of silicon lube to rotate freely. The horizontal rotation lock on the tripod stripped right away and now the scope can 'pan' freely, not a big deal-breaker. The scope itself is competent enough to meet my needs of spotting a shooting target at 100 yards.

I have both the 100mm and the 65mm Konus scopes and both are excellent. Optics clear and quality is there on both. On my 100mm review I failed to rate the scope and just wrote a review but this time I rated correctly. Scope cover is available for the 65 too. Nice light easy to handle and use high power competition scope stands for both. Super price on both scopes too!
