by Grassl, from United States, WI Written on April 6, 2015
I bought this scope because I already owned one and broke it, the warranty from this company is so awesome I bought another scope. I put it on a savage 338 lapua and it works awesome. I am very happy....

Konus 6.5-25x44mm scope

by Michael Mercer, from United States, VA Written on February 23, 2015
The scope is everything as described and includes a sun shade, my only complaint is that the reticle is a little too thin for my eyes. However, with the lighted reticle I can see just fine. It is mounted on a Remington 700 VTR in cal. 5.56/.223. I have not been to the range yet but will update this review by next week....
Pros:
  • Lighted reticle
  • sun shade
  • built in level
  • easy to use adjustments
Cons:
  • very thin reticle
Best Used for:
  • varmit shooting
  • target shooting 300+ yards

Great Scope

by Rugergundog, from United States, MI Written on January 13, 2015
I have had this scope on a Remington 700 .308 for awhile now. Works great! No issues at all. Works so good i ordered up another in smaller objective. Like it so much i intend to outfit all my rifles with this model.

Only issue i can find is the bubble level inside is hard to see...not an issue i really don't use it anyhow.

Tons of features on this scope not found on scopes 3x the price....

Great Scope

by bull, from United States, VA Written on October 4, 2014
I was stationed in Germany For 8 years and had the luck to actually get to hunt with the Germany Forestry for 7 of those 8 years. I saw all types of scopes from the most expensive German scopes made to the Japanese 50mm Tasco that was widely used by the Europeans that were not well to do. I saw many of the Konus scopes and used a few and found that they were really well made and were on par with all the high priced scopes on light gathering at night, which hunting is allowed 24/7 over there since everything is owned by the government or tightly controlled and you have no problem with "wanders" in the woods. I have killed many of the Red Deer and wild pigs at night with these scopes and really like them. They have lasted a long time with alot of hunts and always were right on the target when needed. I actually had the choice between this scope and a Zeiss scope of around the same power and exit diameter and I chose the Konus and it has never let me down.I would recommend their scopes and this scope in particular to anyone who want a quality scope that would always be there when you needed it....
Best Used for:
  • great for Hunting or target

KonusPro M30 6.5X-25X44

by Legacy Reviewer, from United States, WA Written on October 27, 2013
I ordered this item due to the description and the value, thinking of saving money while using a product with great reviews by what it seems to be quite a bit of satisfied customers.
The vendor is famous for good customer service and fast shipping of their line of products. I received my KonusPro M30 6.5X-25X44 four days after purchase, and I could not contain myself from wondering what I could get: a nice working scope, or a disappointment.
I opened the box, and I was impressed just by the look of the scope, and the features it comes equipped with. I am not a long distance shooter by any means, but I do shoot quite a bit on a 300 meters qualification range with iron sights, and I want to be able to use my personal Remington 700 chambered in .243 Win to hit a target on or around the 500 meter mark. I mounted the scope by myself, using Warne steel rings. They were a little more expensive than what I wanted to expend, but I am satisfied with their performance as well.
Well, what do you know! Yesterday I went to the local 100 meter range, just down the road from my house, and I did get on paper real fast, but because I followed the directions on the box, I had to use 7 rounds to get on the bulls eye. The scope has the features to adjust the clarity on the scope good enough to read what is printed on the targets at 100 meters, and I do not have to use a spotter scope to see where the rounds went. I zeroed the scope on a target at 25 meters, and this will enable me to engage...

Great scope if you get a good one

by Legacy Reviewer, from United States, WA Written on October 3, 2012
These scopes are great if you get a good one. With that being said it is very difficult. I sent my first scope back after 2 trips to the range. It developed grease spots inside the glass presumably assembly lube. The second scope made it 2 months but then the cross hairs shifted inside the tube and were of by 20 degrees. Then my third one showed up went to the range and sighted it in but while doing so noticed the turrets were incorrect. Instead of 1/8 moa a click mine was around 3/4 moa a click I got 3 rotations from the bottom to top of elevation 15 moa on their scale. And sitting on a rifle capable of 800yd shots this is unacceptable. Overall very poor quality control. Also noteworthy if you have so send it back expect a month until you see a replacement.
Pros: Clear glass and all the options you could ever ask for
Cons: I have sent 3 back in a year....

Scoped out

by Drilldoc, Verified Owner from United States, CA Written on June 29, 2012
Perfect choice for my application. I saw a similar product, a Vortex for three times as much at my gun dealer. The gunsmith that mounted it felt that it should be a good shooter.
Pros: great value for the money
Cons: guilt over not spending over three times as much...
