Good item for the money but a switch at the trigger would be great.

Pros: tiny, invisable and sweet
Cons: 1 year warranty a drag compared to Viridian and Crimson Trace longer warranties
Would recommend: yes

Using a Gen3 PVS-14-17 this class 1 IR laser is impressive. Very little bloom up close with 850nm IR laser. Came with 2 wrenches, 2 batteries and alot of performance. Not quite as good in features as the Viridian C5L, but an IR Laser is unique in itself.

This unit fits great on my walther 9mm and is perfect size for compact guns. mounting screw loosens up after multiple rounds are fired. Needs to be checked often. excellent reasonably priced for someone not needing a high end targeting laser.

Rated this as one star only because zero stars was not a possible choice. The unit installed on my pistol easily and worked fine at home. I went to the range and shot only 45 rounds with the laser off. Then I turned on the unit to try it out and to check to see if it needed to be adjusted to zero it. The laser would turn on and light up and would turn off (you could see this by looking back through the lens into the unit), but it would not shine out through the lens because the laser had apparently become misaligned with the lens, thus rendering the unit worthless. One of the guys working at the range verified this. I had neither dropped it nor banged it against anything.

I have been using this laser on a Kel Tec 9mm for about 600-700 shots. The gun has a lot of recoil because it is very small and light weight. The laser has held up very well and it holds zero. It actually works a lot better than much more expensive units that I have on other guns.
