Cons: none

The laser is easy to mount. One side has a single screw. The opposite side is spring loaded. Loosen the screw. Angle the laser from the screw side on the mounting rail. Then press on the screw to open the mount and install on the pistol. Tighten the screw.
Great laser for the money!

Unit just quit after three months. Returned to factory. After 4 weeks still no replacement. Calls are answered and quote "it will be sent out today no later than tomorrow". This has gone on now for three weeks. Latest is it will be sent out today by UPS express what ever that means.

Pros: light weight, easy to use and install
Cons: Wish the green laser version was not so expensive
Would recommend: yes
Gun Junky wrote:
Really wanted the green laser version but it was to much money. The one advantage the red has over the green is that you do not give your position away as you would with the green laser. No negatives that I have seen so far.

Because the sight is located below the fixed sights, the zero moves slightly when shooting at changing distances.

This works just like they do in the movies. Easy to install but a little tough sighting this in. Lots of fun and accurate enough at close range.

I mounted this sight on a 357 R8 Smith revolver. The sight is nice and compact..just what I wanted. The unit holds zero pretty well after multiple shots...The on off switch is kinda awkward and can be turned on by laying the weapon on its side. I have a Crimson Trace red laser grips on my small Tarus revolver and it seems a bit brighter in day light comditions than this one. Overall....not a bad sight for the money
