Really nice scope for close to mid range. Easily adjustable and works when the batteries are dead.

As a firearms Instructor, I tend to go through both guns and optics at a much higher rate than most. I decided to try this scope for one of my loaner AR's after seeing one at a gun show.
The scope has an amazing clarity, when considering it's pricepoint. It's even more striking.
The one downside is the slight fishbowl effect at 1x mag. but it is not large enough to create an actual problem. It disappears as soon as the magnification is turned up.
Using a target with clear 0.5 MOA squares and a machine rest. I was able to confirm that the clicks are accurate. They are not as crisp as a high end optic, but tactile and defined enough to be user friendly.
The scope has a long eye-relief, and in conjunction with that, it has a short space in the front of the tube to put the mount on, To set this scope up properly, requires that you either have a solid top rail mounted on your front, or that you use an offset mount. Placing it on the Upper Reciever of an AR only, will result in ...

I do not have the budget for the expensive proven gear but if you look around and do some checking you can find great buys like this scope. I use it on my M4 and have no problems with zero or anything else. Some i read complain of the mountin rings but i have had no problems. I did get a riser for a proper co witness and all is well. I am happy with this product.

Pros: price
Cons: rings and ability to hold POI through magnification
Would recommend: yes
Wayne wrote:
The QD rings wouldn't securely attach to the rail. One was fairly loose, allowing me to wiggle the scope. I took them off and used a Burris PEPR mount i had on hand and headed out to the range. I was able to zero the scope, and was satisfied with it's ability to hold after 30 rounds, but when I changed from 1X to 4X, the point of impact shifted 2" right and 2" high. As this was at 25 yards, I find that to be unacceptable.

I was surprised with this one...I had my doubts while purchasing a $110 riflescope but those doubts are gone. This scope works great and is very clear. I've used it in foggy and rainy conditions as well and have not had an issue yet. I would definitely recommend this, especially at the price!
