I like this pad but it has draw backs, one is more cosmetic: the pad has a lip that goes over the Stock. You could trim it off I'm sure and make it look a little nicer, but I would recommend against this due to draw back #2. The pad screws into place using the original 2 screws/wholes, but the rubber underneath the screws on the replacement pad is soft and has repeatedly 'popped off' the end of the stock. I was able to mitigate this somewhat by getting larger head screws and putting in a small washer between the screw head and pad.
Pros: Nice and thick, fits much better on your shoulder
Cons: the large lip that goes over the stock and it easily pops off...
