I have a full-size 1911 and it drooped too bad in the cross-draw position, so I moved it onto the belt and put the two extra M4 mag pouches where the holster was. Okay, there's very little to be critical about with this product....it'll suffice for nearly any aplication. One thing to consider is if you're very tall this vest may not be the ticket. The vest is adjustable for length for average sizes but not infinitely..it only gets so long. The girth adjustment should fit almost anyone. A hydration carrier/bladder can be added to the back with ALICE clips and there's also a large mesh pocket for a 10x15 soft Level IIIA plate if desired. The shoulder D ring and lower belt will accept the Blackhawk Breachers Kit quite nicely. This vest should stand hard use and last a long time. I'm sold...get yours.
