Most Helpful Positive Review Leepers UTG Max Strength Rings
I am a rifle instructor and I've found these rings to mount up strong. They are easy to use and release and return the scope to zero when remounted. I...

Once again you have to look at how much you are paying. I didn’t expect fine tooling, fit or finish. I had a pretty good idea that this product was going to hold my scope fairly close to zero, not perfect, but close. If I desired perfection, I could have had a set built to tighter tolerances, this would include the picatinny rail system. The expenditure for me would have been prohibitive. We’re talking about a Rugar 22 takedown, not a high end sniper rifle. All that to say this, it’s good enough for government work. You can always take a shot or two to re-zero it before you take to the field.

As advertised

by Larry from Kalifornia, from United States, CA Written on March 23, 2015
For the price, can't be beat. Just ordered second set. My use is air rifle scope mounting. Came with one extra cap screw. A nice touch if you drop one and can't find it on the floor. Tape is installed on the internal surfaces to prevent marking the scope....

Inexpensive and effective

by Louisianabio, from United States, LA Written on February 23, 2015
Bought these for my 300 blackout because I use a 1x4 scope for daylight hunting and needed quick detach rings so I can put my night vision scope on for the night. Zeroed the rifle at 100 yards , detached the scope and rings, reattached and everything held true....

Locks up great!

by Michael Walters, from United States, MI Written on February 16, 2015
I bought these to go on my AR in .300 BLK, paired with a Mueller 4-16 scope. Although I haven't' shot with these yet, they seem to lock up great on the rail and hold the scope tight. I don't see these coming loose. I will update this review once if have visited the range!...

Mounted on AR

by Paul, from United States, GA Written on January 19, 2015
I bought the mid-height 3-screw version to mount a 3x9x40 scope on my AR carbine for deer hunting. Good rings, lock up solid and scope stayed on target. Only negative is that the mid-height is low for an AR, but not a big problem. I have not removed and remounted the scope yet so I don't know how close to zero it will be; should be close. I would purchase again....

The rings work as designed

by Terry, from United States, NC Written on January 18, 2015
These rings are simple to use and secure my scope to my AR.The instructions allowed simple installation in a short period of time.
I have only had them for a short while but they work like a charm and hold the scope firmly to the rail. Adjustment of position along the rail only take 10-15 seconds. These rings are well worth the money....

QD rings for takedown 10-22

by Doug, from United States, TX Written on December 22, 2014
Bought these for use with a scope on a Ruger 10-22 take-down model.
These rings lock down in the same place every time. You can take the scope on and off without losing zero.
If you keep your take-down model in the bag it was sold in, you know you have to take the scope off whenever you put it back in the bag. An excellent value....
Pros:
  • Quick Detach
Cons:
  • None.

None better for the price!

by Custom Gun, from United States, WA Written on December 19, 2014
These rings are all I use on every rifle I build. As a gunsmith building high end rifles based on Mauser actions I look no further when it comes to scope rings. These rings not only provide repeatable accuracy when detached and remounted, they also provide the strength to handle magnum power cartridges. I highly recommend these rings, they are very well machined and finished, and the cost is extremely reasonable. You won't be disappointed....

Yet to test with large caliber. More later. Mounts firm. Simple alignment. Holds up well with HMR 17, Hornet 17, 22 Mag. I am waiting for the opportunity at to mount, dismount and check for repeatability....

QD rings and mini picatinny tops

by Smokey, from United States, TX Written on September 29, 2014
I wanted the ability to add a flashlight. The
QD rings with the add-on top picatinny rails do this. There are other manufacturers that have this setup and their price reflects this. These should withstand the recoil of a 450Marlin rifle....
