Pros:  Excellent quality of material, estetics, workmenship
Cons:  Not practical in day-to-day use
Would recommend:  no

Cons:  A screw in cover is just not practical in a field

Pros:  lightweight, good fit, easy to install
Cons:  takes time to unscrew covers
