Impressed with shipping process, Ordered on Mon. received on Friday. I really like the way the scope is made with peep sight on side and armored coating. very clear up to 40 magnification after that objects are not as clear. Thanks for all the info, it was a good learning experience.After reading all the material and then calling and talking to a representative I feel I was able to make an informed decision about which scope to buy for the money spent.

I took a look at one in person. I brought a flashlight to look inside the body. I saw a fiber stuck to the inside of the front objective, more fibers inside the body, a quarter-sized light smudge on the inside of the front objective and smears almost covering the inside of the eyepeice. The outside of the lenses however were flawless. It would probably be a good scope if it was assembled with more care! Give it a good look with a strong flashlight because I was suprised and did not buy one. This one is made in Korea, not Japan like Leupold Wind River Cascade binoculars which are very nice for the $$.

A great scope for the money. We use it for spotting on a rifle range and it is excellent out to 500 yards.
