these are some solid rings. Wish I would have bought these years ago. I had been using lower priced rings on my fnar, wow what a difference these made. And again great customer service from opticsplanet.com!!

Pros: Solid, well built, there Mark 4's
Cons: Nothing, maybe price
Would recommend: yes

These solid heavy well built rings are great for any firing platform. Sure the price is high but you have ease of mind knowing that your scope is cradled firmly and safely in these rings. I would like to see a generalized torque spec sheet accompanied with the product but hey just look it up online. Also when mine arrived I though they were scuffed but it was the ink from the packaging off the cardboard, they used this bronz'y ink and it coated one side of the rings. But a rag will take it right off.

These are high quality scope mount rings. I mounted them on the picatinny rail that is built into a new gun I bought (Steyr Mannlicher Pro Hunter) and did some checking to see if it would be necessary to have them lapped. Found that they were so well aligned that lapping wasn't necessary.
