I have used these Leupold QRW rings for years. Just discovered OpticsPlanet this year. Great products and prices! Using the high rings for bolt handle clearance on my Rem 700. These hold solid. Have never had an issue with them working loose. Not around the scope or at the base. If you find the QR lever difficult to loosen, then you are tightening them too much! Lighten up.
