Pros:  Finished nicely. Quality look
Cons:  Requires quite a bit of fitting by filing, etc.

This is another great Lyman product. Fits into 3/8" rear slots very well. Keep in mind that this slot blank is probably intended for modern rifles, as Lyman original slot blanks were flat top, not curved. This would not appear appropriate on your vintage Winchester.
