Cons:  slow charge time, low run time, not a very usable "around the house" light

overall this light is great. a must have for people who need a light with far throw or a light to blind someone with. not a good choice if you just need a light for around the house or power outages due to the extreme brightness and the beam meant for far throw.

By far the best flashlight system available today! For the person that needs a dependable and strong instrument. Used by many law enforcement departments as well as our military. Spot and center focus beam is brilliant and reliable. Body is composed of an unbreakable alloy that is ergonomically designed for maximum comfort, efficiency, safety, and ease of use, especially in the workplace. I recommend this and all Maglite systems to anyone who wants this to be the last flashlight system they will need to buy.
