Pros:  adds an upper rail and you won't loose your lower rail
Cons:  didn't come with instructions on how to install
Would recommend:  yes

once I looked up how to change the firing pin on the internet it probably took me 5 minutes to install it. it works great, feels real solid. the upper rail sits a tad higher than what I wanted, once I added the red dot.
