Pros:  almost everything
Cons:  helps if you wear a size 11 shoe or smaller

All in all, a great piece of luggage for a MALE... This review is for male, it would work for a female, but it does wind up being kind of bulky which would be a problem if you wear your fancy clothes when flying, the backpackable feature is really nice, but since i had a Kodiak Gearslinger on my back i had to lug it around like a regular duffel hence my bulky comments.
