GHB for the car

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner from United States, MO Written on August 17, 2012
I got this for a GHB to replace the possibles bag I keep in my car. I love the Sabercat. With plenty of storage and the ability to strap it around my waist, keeping both hands free, I know I'm getting home.
Pros: Portable, complete, rugged...

Maxpedtion Sabercat

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner Written on May 1, 2011
This pack, though a little expensive, exceeded my expectations on almost every level. The quality is great, it has a lot of storage options for its size, is versitile and can be carried different ways. This is my first Maxpedition purchase and definitely not my last.
Pros: Very well made, versitile
Cons: A little pricey...

Max Excellent

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner from United States, CO Written on September 29, 2010
This is a cool bag! Holds alot of survival items for small bag. Optics Planet delivered bag right away but took a few months to deliver back-order items? At least they emailed to confirm I still wanted items before charging... Overall worth the wait, can't go wrong with Maxpedition, probably order from Optics Planet again.
Pros: Holds alot for smaller bag
Cons: Handle sewed on vs. floating...

Sabercat pack review

by Legacy Reviewer, Verified Owner Written on May 3, 2010
Nice durable pack, I use it for a range bag. i didn't like the top handle that you have to buckle in to the other side. i would rather have it sewn into the top. seems pretty bomb proof overall.
Pros: Durable material
Cons: not cheap...

A great sized bag to hold emergency items like first aid kit, water, multi-tool, etc. I keep it in my desk drawer in the event of an emergency. hold s everything in a compact bag that isn't too big to grab and go.
Pros: Good size, many pockets
Cons: A little stiff...

excellent waistpack

The first thing you should know is that if you plan on putting anything with a little weight in here you need some kind of shoulder strap otherwise it will sag. It's well designed and can hold a lot of smaller items or maybe a few bigger things in the main compartment but that fills up quickly. Lots of good reviews on youtube.
Pros: Versatile, lots of organization, comfortable
Cons: A little hard to access quickly....
