After reading more than a few reviews I decided on binoculars with 5mm+ exit pupils in a 7x to 9x binocular(good amount of light and easy to hand steady). Also a center focus type roof prism with phase coatings. These fit the bill, and work great for my narrow inter-pupillary distance. Would highly recommend these.
