i got this as a gift, and at first i was a little surprised at my mom and dad's choice, but it's actually become a great addition to my collection of outer space novelties. the best part is that the rocks are actually 100% authentic, they are not fake or manufactured.

I bought this set as a birthday present for an astronomy enthusiast and it was a big hit. A great, truly creative gift for the right person. Very interesting, too-- I got into reading all the descriptions and info too and I don't even have that much interest in the subject matter.
