I bought a set of these about 13 years ago. They held up great but were getting pretty dim so I figured it was time for a new set. Last time I had them installed by a gunsmith because my gun was brand new. This time I gave it a shot myself. Took all of about 5 minutes to do. Don't bother watching the videos where people use blocks of wood and whack at their guns with a screwdriver unless you wan't a good laugh. Simply secure the slide in a vice (I cut off a piece of an old leather belt to place in between the vice jaws and slide)then use a 1/4" BRASS (important) air hose fitting from the hardware store to knock the back sight off. Took about 3 whacks with the hammer, no damage to gun or sights and the brass residue comes off with gun cleaner. Done. Also, there is a little bit of play in the front sight so make sure it's straight before your loc-tite dries.
great sights - must have different colors from front to back

great sights. They don't catch at all and I like the low profile of them. VERY happy that I got them. I will buy them again in 10 years when they tritium runs out The only problem I had was getting them on. They are tight, which they should be. I actually used a chisel and hammer and hit on the inside of the sights and it went on pretty good.

Installed these on 2 Glock 26's. Green on Green is the way to go. Do not buy the green/yellow. I learned this lesson on my Glock 20. Yellow only works when it's pitch black. If there is even a small amount of ambient light (i.e. street lights outside at night, a small lamp, etc...basically just enough light to actually identify your target
Do NOT buy Green/Yellow. Get Green/Green

Pros: Price, Quality, Fit
Cons: Tritium isn't as focused as Trijicons, Front sight post is too wide
Would recommend: yes

I bought these sights to compare them to my Trijicons. Even though the tritium wasn't as focused as the Trijicons, these Meprolights do produce a fuzzier yet larger green dot. However I do like how the Meprolights have a resin over the tritium, protecting it for the elements. I would recommend these night sights even if the front sight post is a little too thick for my liking.

These sights are just as good, if not better than the Trijicons I had (Glock 22) They are on my duty weapon and I work steady midnight to 8am so every time I draw, there are my night sights, easy to pick up and one less thing to worry about. Free shipping sealed the deal on the already great price.
Great all-purpose Nite sight!!

Very nice versatile sight. Very durable and robust. This is a unique sight configuration for the Glock pistol. I would recommend, but wish that Meprolight would make the finish a deeper darer black.
