Pros:  The price was right, Novak sights are sweet, and they were easy to install.
Cons:  Rear sight needs more of a white ring for full-light use.

I ordered these sights to replace the standard ones on my Jericho (Baby Eagle II) and they are great. Being an Israeli firearm its a nice subtle perk to have Israeli-made sights as well. Installation was easy with a standard file, bench vice, some wood blocks, a drift punch (I used brass but you should use aluminum to avoid marks), some blue lock-tight and a laser bore sight. Be sure to fill out the warranty card before you install them; there is a number you need on the bottom of the rear sight. My only complaint is that the rear sights could use a brighter white ring around the glow tubes for day-time use but its no big deal; theyre still quite useable in full light.
