Cons:  when installed this item bound up the bolt on my rifle, i purched the same thing from a competitor and it worked great, i would not buy this product again.

This mount did not fit my gun a standard rem 700 LA. The taper on the back of the base was not ground properly. I was in a hurry ordered a nightforce and optics planet sent me the return form. i did forget about this and the 30 day return policy was up. I cannot sell on ebay due to the items faulty manufacture process. it is a decent paper weight.
