Pros: Very comfortable, great storage, quality made
Cons: like all MFT the stippling is to slick and the FDE is to Pinkish in color
Would recommend: yes

I picked this up to see how it stood up against the TROY Modular VG, TAPCO Shorty and Magpul Angled VG. MFT has some really nice products and Ive come to look to them when replacing items on both the AR and AK. This fills the gap between shorty grips and full size ones. Its a really nice VG and theyve got a cool compartment in most of their gear. The only issue, other then trying to find the Scorched Dark earth vs the FDE, is that the factory stippling on their products is fairly slick, I wrap CamoForm around most anyway but that might be an issue for you.
Worth every penny.

I debated on buying the name brand fore grip that everyone knows, but I wanted a short VFG with a sealed compartment to store batteries, the other did not offer this feature and it was more expensive. I don't regret my purchase for a second. It fits perfect, the size is right an the grip texture is nice.

I bought this without any experience using a vertical forend grip on a carbine. I have to say it improves your shooting experience. Mounted at the very end of my picatinny rail, it allows many different carry/fire options. The MFT grip is well made and extremely comfortable. No sharp edges or snag points. For the price, definitely worth trying.
