Pros:  Holds lots of stuff. Stable. Secures gun well. Handy.
Cons:  No clamp. A bit cumbersome to move around.

I have found the RMC130 to be an excellent mount for long guns. I use it constantly on my workbench. I take it to the range for matches, BSA Troop Shoots, Rifle Marksmanship classes, Hunter Safety classes. It is great for cleaning, bore checks, sight adjustments, any time you need an extra hand.
