It has very clear glass that displays the super bright day light red dot brilliantly. There are 11 settings and the dial provide great feedback when turning it as does the turrets, zoom ring and eye focus ring. Some say it is a little on the heavy side, but I have no issue with it's weight in any way. I really like the simple 4 MOA red dot also. My Speed Shot is mounted on my M&P15 with a Burris P.E.P.R. QD and after a couple hundred rounds it has held zero without issue. The icing on the cake is the high quality you get for the $$$. I would definitely buy this again... Very happy with it.
