This is a great system. I have used it in my .223 and .308. It is easy to set up (batteries are even included). It provides a sharp, clear dot to sight in on. The bullet fall was pretty much exactly where the laser dots were after the scope was mounted. While I had no problems, I could imagine that the red laser dots would be difficult to see in bright light. However, I'm sighting in near Seattle and thus sun is rarely a problem for me. A green laser might work better.
