Doesn't hold zero....

by Legacy Reviewer, from United States, WA Written on November 27, 2008
ok scope. it wont really hold zero, about 6in groups at 100yds... The elevation adjuster is worthless. Had two friends who have them, one loves his and it works flawlessly the other has two and hates both of them. One fell apart the day he got it and the other wont hold zero.. It looks great on an ar15 but if you want better groups than 6in at 100 yds spend a lil more money...
Pros: cheap, easy to set up,looks awesome
Cons: wont hold zero, feels cheaply made, parts fall off.....

WTF? Great scope for the price.

Yeah people you can talk smack about this little scope all day long, but keep in mind what you just spent. LOL... Could the be compaired to Zeiss? No... Bang for the buck yes! I mounted this on my new Carbon 15 with 100 yard and closer expectations and its great. Clear lens, durable, holds zero (.223), batteries last a long time, and its cheap. Would I buy this expecting Match grade shots...No. If you want that accuracy go spend over $1000.00 like me on my 1 of 3 zeiss scopes. This scope overall great buy for the buck and I would recomend for every day plinkers, hunting or just a low priced scope.
Pros: Cheap, Durable, easy set up
Cons: eye releaf...

Couldn't keep foucused or even get focused. Retical in focus=Target out of focusand vice-versa.Illumination too bright on high, and could be lower on lowest setting. Illumination graduations not that noticable. They could do better, much better. Also, no returns, just trades for the same scope. Not a good policy. Look elsewhere for a scopes.
Pros: Well built
Cons: Rotates when tightening rings. Stupid Lens caps...

Bought this scope for my AR after shooting my father's(for the carrying handle though)and was able to hit a beer can at 500 meters. My scope was not as clear and could not hold a zero, even on a benchrest. I was unable to exchange/return the scope because I did shoot it within the 30day exchange/return policy.
Pros: compact, rubber coated,
Cons: Couldn't hold a zero....
