I have been using the Nextorch K2's for close to a year now and am just as pleased as the day I bought my first one. They are tiny, but produce around 68 lumens. My job requires me to do a lot of hunting and fishing, so I spend a lot of time outdoors. I have found that for most applications, this is the only light I need. The variable power is an awesome feature that gives you the light you need in a given situation and allows you to conserve battery power.
Nextorch, unlike most other companies, got the clip on the light correct. You can clip it on a hat for hands-free lighting. For some reason, most other companies reverse the clip, as if you're going to stick it in your shirt pocket like a pen.
I only have two complaints. One is that I wish the lowest power setting was about half what it is. I need very little light to navigate through the woods in the dark. Also, the less light I use, the less chance I have of spooking game. The other "complaint" is that I just don't have a need for a strobe mode, but I guess some folks might.
All in all, the size, weight, brightness and durable design make it the best light I have found for camping, hunting, fishing, boating and emergency use.
Pros: Small, bright, even beam
Cons: Too many settings, if that's possible....
